Return or Exchange within 14 Days
You can return or exchange items purchased directly from our website within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must not be used and is in its original shrink wrap.

Obtaining a Return Merchandise Number (RMN)
To start the return process, contact us at (760) 585-7269 or info@gravitygripgolf.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN). This number is required for processing your return.

Inspection and Restocking Fee
All returns undergo inspection before a refund is issued and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Please ensure your product meets the specified criteria for a smooth return process.
